Victron Energy Quattro-II 12/3000/120-50/50 2x120V Inverter Charger – 12V, 3000VA, 120A Charger, 50A Transfer Switch

The Victron Energy Quattro-II 12/3000/120-50/50 2x120V is a pure sine wave inverter charger designed for North American 120/240 V split-phase electrical systems. It combines a 3000 VA inverter, a 120 A adaptive battery charger and an automatic transfer switch in one unit, for RVs, marine vessels, off-grid homes, cabins, emergency power systems and commercial energy installations.

Two AC Inputs with Automatic Switching

The Quattro-II automatically switches between two independent AC sources, such as shore power and a generator. The automatic transfer switch provides a seamless transition between AC input and inverter power.

120/240V Split-Phase Operation

Designed specifically for North American 120/240 V split-phase systems, with a 50 A transfer switch and a maximum AC input current of 50 A per leg.

PowerAssist and PowerControl

PowerControl prevents overload by managing battery charging based on the available input current. PowerAssist supplements limited shore or generator power with battery energy during high-demand loads.

Two AC Outputs with UPS Function

• Main output: uninterrupted UPS functionality, transferring to battery power in less than 18 milliseconds so sensitive electronics keep operating
• Secondary output: operates only when external AC power is available

120A Adaptive Battery Charger

Fast, efficient charging for lead-acid and compatible lithium battery systems.

Expandable System

Parallel operation supports up to six Quattro-II units for increased inverter capacity. Three identical units can be configured for three-phase systems.

Remote Monitoring and Configuration

Monitor and configure the system with a Cerbo GX or other GX device, the VRM Portal, VEConfigure software or the optional VE.Bus Smart Dongle. The programmable relay supports alarms, generator auto-start, lithium battery BMS communication and custom automation.

Protection Features

Output short circuit, overload, high and low battery voltage, over temperature, input voltage ripple and 120 VAC output protection.
