Price Match Policy

This Price Match Policy forms part of your agreement with Homestead Supply Online LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a price match request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Policy Overview

We strive to offer competitive pricing on all our homesteading and boating supplies. If you find a lower advertised price for an identical product from a qualifying online retailer, you may submit a request for a price match under the conditions described below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

A product may qualify for a price match only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Identical Match: The product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and condition.
  • Authorized Online Retailer: The competitor must be a U.S.-based authorized online-only retailer. We do not match third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay or Amazon Marketplace).
  • Availability: The item must be currently in stock and available for purchase on both the competitor’s website and our website.
  • Timing: The request must be submitted and approved before you complete your checkout.

3. Exclusions

We do not match prices related to:

  • Clearance, "Flash" sales, liquidations, or auction sites.
  • Prices requiring coupons, rebates, membership/loyalty discounts, or "Buy One, Get One" offers.
  • Prices from international retailers or listings in non-U.S. currencies.
  • Total Cost Consideration: Since we provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders, we compare the competitor’s total price (including their shipping/handling fees) against our listed price.

4. Price Adjustments After Purchase

We want you to shop with confidence. If the price of an item you purchased from Homestead Supply Online decreases on our website within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, you may request a one-time price adjustment for the difference.

This adjustment is not available for items purchased during seasonal holiday sales (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday) or limited-time promotional events.

5. How to Submit a Request

To request a match, please email info@homesteadsupplyonline.com before placing your order. You must provide a direct link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower advertised price. We reserve the right to verify all pricing and availability before approval.

6. Limitations

  • Price matches are limited to one per item, per customer.
  • Price matches cannot be combined with other promotional codes or special offers.
  • All approvals are at the sole discretion of Homestead Supply Online LLC.
