Victron Energy Quattro 12/5000/220-100/100 Inverter Charger – 12V, 5000VA, 120V AC, UL458

The Victron Energy Quattro 12/5000/220-100/100 combines a 12 V DC to 120 V AC pure sine wave inverter, a 220 A battery charger and an automatic transfer switch in one unit. It is built for marine, RV, off-grid and backup power systems, and it is UL458 certified for mobile and marine power applications.

Two AC Inputs with Automatic Source Switching

The Quattro connects to two independent AC sources, such as shore power and a generator. It detects and connects to the available source automatically, with no manual switching. The primary AC output has no-break functionality: if grid, shore or generator power is interrupted, the Quattro takes over in less than 20 milliseconds, so computers and communication equipment keep running.

PowerAssist Technology

PowerAssist manages limited AC sources and prevents shore power or generator overload. It automatically reduces charging demand when necessary and adds battery power to support higher peak loads.

Expandable with Parallel Operation

Up to 6 Quattro units can operate in parallel for more output. Three-phase and split-phase configurations are supported, which suits large residential, commercial, marine and industrial systems.

Remote Monitoring and System Control

With a compatible Victron GX device, you can monitor and control the system through the free Victron Remote Management (VRM) platform from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC, over a local LAN or the internet. View performance, monitor battery status, adjust inverter and charger settings, and manage connected equipment. The Quattro also integrates with automatic generator start systems. Communication is via VE.Bus.

Multi-Function Design

Pure sine wave output delivers clean, stable power for sensitive electronics. Adaptive charging optimizes battery charging performance and efficiency, and the inverter, charger and transfer switch share one compact unit.
