The Victron Energy MultiPlus 12V 3000VA Inverter Charger (Model PMP123021102) combines a pure sine wave inverter, a 120A adaptive battery charger, and a 50A automatic transfer switch in one compact unit. Built for RV, marine, off-grid solar, and backup power systems, this 12 volt inverter charger delivers clean 120VAC power, intelligent multi-stage battery charging, and seamless switching between shore, generator, grid, and battery power.
This Victron MultiPlus pairs a 3000VA true sine wave inverter with an adaptive multi-stage battery charger, providing stable AC power for sensitive electronics and efficient charging to extend battery life. The integrated design reduces installation time and wiring compared to separate inverter, charger, and transfer switch components.
PowerAssist prevents overloads on limited AC sources such as small generators or low-amperage shore power connections. When demand exceeds the available AC input, the MultiPlus automatically supplements power from the battery bank to handle startup surges and peak loads.
If grid, generator, or shore power is lost, the MultiPlus switches to inverter power in less than 20 milliseconds. Computers, communication equipment, and other sensitive electronics continue running without interruption.
Up to six MultiPlus units can operate in parallel for increased power capacity. Compatible systems can also be configured for split-phase or three-phase operation, making the MultiPlus suitable for both small mobile setups and larger stationary installations.
When paired with a compatible Victron GX device, the MultiPlus supports remote monitoring and configuration. Track system performance, adjust settings, and manage your power system from a phone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
