Lithium Rhino's 76.8V kit for 72V carts, with a 300A BMS and self-heating. The 76V 105Ah Self-Heated kit is built for 72V systems and owners who want the most performance possible. One LiFePO4 battery stores 8,064Wh, charges to 87.6V, and runs a 300A continuous BMS (600A for 30 seconds, 800A for 1 second) with a high-current relay. Below freezing, it warms its cells to 32°F before charging. The kit includes a high-voltage lithium charger, a 50A 600W 12V reducer, 4 ft 2AWG copper cables, a color dash gauge, a Bluetooth app module and install hardware, all backed by Lithium Rhino's 8-year warranty.

Will this kit fit my cart?

It's made for 72V carts like Bad Boy Buggies and GEM carts. Tell us your make, model and year and we'll confirm fit before you order.

How long does the install take?

Lithium Rhino says most owners finish in 2–4 hours. Step-by-step videos cover every major cart brand, and a free 30-minute video support call is available if you get stuck.

Can I put this in my 48V cart?

Not as a simple swap. The 76.8V pack needs a controller and motor rated for 72V-class power. Call us and we'll talk through what your cart would need.

How long does it take to charge?

It depends on how low the battery is. The included high-voltage lithium charger plugs into your cart's charge port, and the battery accepts up to 50A.

Can I use my old charger?

No. Lead-acid chargers aren't made for lithium, and Lithium Rhino's warranty requires an approved charger. Use the charger included in the kit.

Can I charge it in freezing weather?

Yes. LiFePO4 cells can be damaged if charged below 32°F, so this battery warms its cells to 32°F first and starts charging once they're at a safe temperature.

What do I do with my old lead-acid batteries?

Most local battery shops will recycle them for free, and many will pay scrap value.

How does the 8-year warranty work?
