Good to know: Lithium Rhino doesn't list battery cables in the marine kit, so plan to reuse yours or ask us about cables sized for your motor. Your old lead-acid batteries come out, and most battery shops will recycle them, often for free.

Will it run my 36V trolling motor?

It's built for 36V systems. Check that your motor's maximum amp draw stays within the BMS's 150A continuous rating (500A peak). Send us your motor model and we'll double-check.

How long does it take to charge?

Lithium Rhino doesn't publish a charge time. By our math, the included 15A charger refills a fully drained 65Ah battery in roughly 4½ hours.

Can I use my old charger?

No. Lead-acid chargers aren't made for lithium, and Lithium Rhino's warranty excludes non-compliant charging. Use the included 15A waterproof charger.

36V 65Ah or 36V 120Ah?

Both use the same BMS, case features and kit. The 65Ah is the smaller, lower-cost option for shorter trips. Choose the 120Ah for longer days on the water.

Is it waterproof?

It's rated IP67 against water and dust. Lithium Rhino's warranty still excludes water intrusion and pressure washing, so mount it in a protected compartment and don't spray it down.

Can I connect more than one battery?

Lithium Rhino's warranty doesn't cover more than 3 batteries in parallel, or series connections it hasn't approved. Talk to us before building a multi-battery setup.

How long does the install take?

Lithium Rhino says under 1 hour for most boats, and offers a free 30-minute video support call if you need help.

How does the 8-year warranty work?

Years 1–6: repair, replacement or credit for a defective battery, shipping included. Years 7–8: a flat $500 replacement with ground freight included, not prorated. Register within 120 days for full coverage. Kit parts get free replacement for 2 years.

Can I check the battery from my phone?

Yes. The built-in Bluetooth connects to the free Rhino app for iOS and Android, with no subscription.
