The Lectrotab XKA aluminum alloy trim tab kit is designed to meet the needs of aluminum-hulled boats and is an economical option for any boat from 18 to 32 feet. The marine-grade 6005-T5 aluminum tabs offer strength equivalent to 10-gauge stainless steel, are sealed with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating, and feature a "no-break" polypropylene hinge tested over 300,000 cycles to a 90° bend without failure.

The non-hydraulic, maintenance-free electric actuators deliver quiet operation, accurate tab positioning, and high lift force, with each actuator load tested to push 1,000 lbs. Unlike hydraulic trim tabs, there is no oil to leak. The actuator assembly is housed in a non-metallic, permanently sealed housing that will not corrode or deteriorate in sun or water, and it is fully self-contained, so no components need to be installed inside the boat. Actuators accept either a standard or low-profile transom mounting bracket.

The included ALC-1 Automatic Leveling Control adjusts your trim tabs automatically to keep the boat level, correcting side-to-side roll and fore-to-aft pitch for a more comfortable ride and improved fuel efficiency.
