Bedrock Battery's 36V 105Ah lithium conversion kit for classic 36V golf carts. Replace six heavy lead-acid batteries with one 4.03kWh LiFePO4 battery in a steel IP67 case. Choose your cart (36V Club Car DS, EZGO TXT or Yamaha G1–G16) and Bedrock ships a kit built around it, with a cart-specific charge port adapter, 15A on-board charger, state-of-charge meter, install bracket and manual. Built-in Bluetooth and a 10-year transferable warranty come standard.

- Older Club Car DS carts with an on-board computer (OBC) may need an OBC bypass (parts not included).

🔌 Charging Made Simple
Built-In 15A Charger
The on-board charger lives in the cart. Plug the included AC port plug into a standard outlet with a heavy-duty extension cord and it charges itself.
Retire the Old Charger
Your old lead-acid charger isn't made for lithium. The kit's on-board charger replaces it.
Check It From Your Phone
Built-in Bluetooth shows charge level and battery data in Bedrock's app, and the SOC meter shows charge on the dash.
Charging in the Cold
Bedrock batteries charge between 32°F and 131°F, so charge in a garage or shed when it's below freezing.
🛡️ 10-Year Transferable Warranty
Register within 90 days of purchase to get the full 10 years (registering between day 91 and day 365 gets 5 years). The warranty can be transferred once, within the first 3 years, for a $100 fee. Claims need an RMA from Bedrock, and the customer prepays $300 for packaging and return shipping. Full terms at bedrockbattery.com.
