The Allied 48V LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery is available in 105Ah and 168Ah capacities for compatible golf carts, UTVs, fleet vehicles, and other electric vehicles. It features Grade A EV cells, a high-performance Battery Management System, Bluetooth monitoring, CAN bus and RS485 communication, active cell balancing, sleep mode, and a reinforced steel enclosure designed for demanding vehicle applications.

Suitable Applications

Bluetooth Monitoring

The Bluetooth-enabled BMS communicates with the Allied Battery app on compatible Apple and Android devices. Users can connect to individual batteries or monitor multiple batteries through the app, with access to state of charge, cell voltage, battery history, and other battery information. Allied also provides a diagnostic mode to assist with battery troubleshooting.

Sleep Mode & Long-Term Storage

The sleep-mode system is designed to reduce battery drain when the vehicle or accessories are not in use. When paired with a compatible Allied solenoid, the BMS and solenoid can disconnect motor, controller, and accessory loads to help reduce the risk of over-discharge. Allied also provides a storage mode intended for extended periods of non-use, including seasonal storage.

Installation & Operation

The battery integrates the BMS, Bluetooth monitoring, CAN bus, RS485 communication, active balancing, and sleep-mode functionality into one lithium platform. Allied's Rapid-Install 400A Solenoid is designed to pair with Sleep-Mode batteries and includes prewired cables and fuses for compatible installations. Confirm the battery capacity, form factor, controller current, solenoid requirements, cable sizing, and mounting configuration before installation.

Actual vehicle range and performance depend on battery capacity, controller current, motor configuration, vehicle weight, passenger load, terrain, speed, tire size, and driving conditions.
