1. SHIPPING RATES

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders—including all homesteading products and boating supplies—shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. There are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or hidden costs at checkout.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES & ORDER CUTOFFS

To provide accurate delivery expectations for our entire catalog, we utilize the following processing and transit schedule for all orders:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days.

Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Federal Holidays.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

  • International destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
  • PO Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO/AE/AP). A physical street address is required for all orders to ensure reliable delivery.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You may track your package directly through the carrier's website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS) or by logging into your account on our site. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in locating the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.
