Paired with a CHIRP-ready echosounder, it delivers about twice the coverage under the boat compared with Airmar's standard high frequency CHIRP transducers.

Unlike most transducers, the B175HW maintains the same 25° beam angle across its entire frequency band. That means broad bottom coverage and precise detection of fish in the upper water column that narrow-beam transducers can miss, along with crisper, larger return images on your display. A 20° tilted element, fast-response water temperature sensor, and exclusive Xducer ID® technology complete this 1kW bronze thru-hull transducer.
