Share engine information across your NMEA 2000® network with the Actisense EMU-1. This specialized analog to NMEA 2000 gateway converts data from analog engine senders into NMEA 2000 engine PGNs, allowing NMEA 2000 displays to monitor your engine. It measures a wide range of parameters, including temperature, pressure, and RPM, and also converts analog transmission parameters and battery status into their associated NMEA 2000 PGNs.

The EMU-1 reduces the number of input and output wires required at each engine and uses simple single-wire, common-ground-referenced gauge connections. Its PC-based configuration tool lets you adjust settings to best suit the engine it's working with, making it a flexible solution for many engine makes and models, with no manual measurements required during setup. Two-part pluggable screw terminals connect easily to an engine wiring harness, and the custom case keeps the electronics sealed while allowing quick access to the connections.

Multiple engines are supported by setting the engine instance in the configuration tool, with one EMU-1 used per engine. An Actisense NGT-1 NMEA 2000 PC Interface (sold separately) is recommended for every installation; it is used to update firmware, run the configuration tool, and display data on a PC for diagnostics.
