Lithium Rhino's compact 48V 105Ah conversion kit, sized to fit the tightest battery bays. The CUBE packs 5.38kWh of LiFePO4 power into a white case just 14" long, about 4" shorter than Lithium Rhino's standard 105Ah battery. That makes it a fit for older Club Car DS carts, 2004–2008 Club Cars with the center battery-tray controller panel (it fits on either side without moving the panel), and even 4×12V Club Cars. The kit includes a 25A fast charger, 12V reducer, color dash gauge, Bluetooth app module and every part you need, all backed by Lithium Rhino's 8-year warranty.

Your cart runs on 48V lead-acid. It isn't for 36V or 72V carts, or carts that came with lithium from the factory.
Your battery bay fits about 14" L × 13.1" W × 9.3" H (Lithium Rhino's listing), plus room for cables.
Have a Club Car DS, a 2004–2008 Club Car with the center controller panel, or a 4×12V Club Car? This is the kit Lithium Rhino designed for you.
Your controller's draw stays within 200A continuous (700A max).
Club Car carts with an on-board computer (OBC) may need an OBC bypass, and EZGO carts have a charge-port interlock wire to handle during install.

Good to know: Lithium Rhino says everything needed for a complete install is in the box, with nothing extra to buy. Your old lead-acid batteries come out, and most local battery shops will recycle them, often for free.

Will this kit fit my cart?

It fits most 48V lead-acid golf carts, including Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, ICON and many others. It isn't for 36V or 72V carts, or carts that came with lithium from the factory. Tell us your make, model and year and we'll confirm fit before you order.

How long does the install take?

Lithium Rhino says most owners finish in 2–4 hours. Step-by-step videos cover every major cart brand, and a free 30-minute video support call is available if you get stuck.

What's the difference between the CUBE and the standard 105Ah kit?

Same 48V 105Ah capacity, BMS, warranty and kit parts. The CUBE is about 14" long versus 18" for the standard battery, so it fits tighter bays like the Club Car DS and center-panel Club Cars.

How long does it take to charge?

About 4 hours with the included 25A charger.

Can I use my old charger?

No. Lead-acid chargers aren't made for lithium, and Lithium Rhino's warranty requires an approved charger. Use the 25A charger included in the kit.

Do I need to do anything special on a Club Car or EZGO?

Some carts need an extra step. Club Car carts with an on-board computer (OBC) may need it bypassed, and EZGO carts have a charge-port interlock wire to handle. Lithium Rhino's install videos and support team cover these.

What do I do with my old lead-acid batteries?

Most local battery shops will recycle them for free, and many will pay scrap value.

How does the 8-year warranty work?

Can I check the battery from my phone?
