Homestead Supply Online offers Free Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Depending on the size, weight, dimensions, and shipping requirements of your product, orders may be shipped by standard parcel carrier or freight carrier.
Standard shipping and freight shipping are provided at no additional charge for eligible products. The shipping method is determined based on the product and delivery requirements.
1. Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping and Free Freight Shipping on eligible orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.
There are no separate shipping charges or freight charges added at checkout for eligible products.
Some large, heavy, oversized, or palletized products require freight delivery. These products will be shipped using an appropriate freight carrier at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by product and destination.
2. Standard Shipping
Products that qualify for standard parcel shipping generally follow the schedule below:

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Federal Holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
3. Freight Shipping
Certain large, heavy, oversized, or palletized products require freight delivery.
Freight shipping is free for eligible products shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Freight orders generally follow the schedule below:

Estimated Total Freight Delivery Time: Approximately 5–18 business days
Freight handling begins after the order has been successfully processed.
Freight delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on the product, warehouse location, destination, freight carrier availability, carrier scheduling, weather, holidays, and other logistical circumstances.
For some freight shipments, the carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.
4. Freight Delivery Requirements
Freight shipments are generally delivered on pallets and require a suitable physical delivery location.
A physical street address is required for freight shipments.
Freight shipments cannot be delivered to:
- PO Boxes
- APO addresses
- FPO addresses
- DPO addresses
- Other military addresses
Customers should make sure the delivery location can accommodate a freight truck and palletized shipment.
If a freight carrier requires the customer to schedule a delivery appointment, the carrier may contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- International destinations
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
A valid physical street address is required for all orders.
Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, manufacturer requirements, or carrier limitations. Any applicable product-specific shipping restrictions will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send an email containing available tracking information.
Standard parcel shipments may be tracked through the applicable carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Freight shipments may include a freight tracking number or other shipment reference provided by the carrier. For shipments requiring delivery appointments, the freight carrier may contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active or update in the carrier's system.
7. Delivery Delays
The delivery timeframes listed above are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Holiday shipping volume
- Transportation disruptions
- Warehouse delays
- Freight carrier scheduling
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Other circumstances outside our control
If your shipment is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with available tracking information and shipment details.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in locating the shipment or, when applicable, working with the carrier on a claim.
For freight deliveries, customers should inspect the shipment when it arrives. If there is visible damage or a shortage, document the condition of the shipment and contact us as soon as possible.
