The Slim fits 5.38kWh of LiFePO4 power into a long, narrow 9.76" × 10.89" × 22.01" steel IP67 case, made for EZGO TXT, EZGO RXV metal-tray, Yamaha G19–G22, ICON, Kandi, Star EV, Polaris Ranger EV and similar carts. Choose your cart and Bedrock builds the kit around it, with a cart-specific charge port adapter, 15A on-board charger, state-of-charge meter, install bracket and manual. Built-in Bluetooth and a 10-year transferable warranty come standard.

How do I pick the right kit for my cart?

Choose your cart in the Cart menu. Bedrock builds each kit around that cart with a matching charge port adapter and a cart-specific manual. Not sure which to pick? Call or email us with your make, model and year and we'll confirm before you order.

Do I need the 12V converter?

If you run lights, a horn, a radio or other 12V accessories, you need a 12V converter once the lead-acid batteries come out. If your cart already has one, choose "No, I already have one" and save $70.

What does the heated battery option do?

It warms the cells so the battery can charge below freezing. Standard batteries charge between 32°F and 131°F. If your cart sits in a cold garage or you charge outdoors in winter, the heated option (+$129) is worth it.

Slim or Compact: which do I need?

Both are 48V 105Ah with the same BMS and warranty. The Slim is narrow and long (9.76" × 10.89" × 22.01") for EZGO TXT, RXV metal-tray, Yamaha G19–G22, ICON and similar carts. The Compact is shorter and wider for Club Car, Yamaha Drive and RXV plastic-tray bays.

Does my Club Car need an OBC bypass?

Club Car DS and Precedent carts from about 2004–2013 generally need the on-board computer (OBC) bypassed for lithium. Bypass parts aren't included. Bedrock's OBC bypass guide (linked above) explains how it works.

What's not included?

A heavy-duty extension cord (Bedrock suggests a 15 ft cord), OBC bypass parts, and controller or speed upgrades are sold separately.

How does the 10-year warranty work?

Years 1–5: free repair or replacement of a defective battery. Years 6–10: prorated replacement at 55% to 85% of MSRP. Register within 90 days for the full 10 years. It can be transferred once within 3 years for $100. Claims need an RMA, and the customer prepays $300 for packaging and return shipping.

What do I do with my old lead-acid batteries?

Most local battery shops will recycle them for free, and many will pay scrap value.
