SOK SK12V206H 12V 206Ah LiFePO4 battery: 2,637 Wh of storage with a 150 A BMS, a built-in heater for cold-weather charging and Bluetooth monitoring, in a black painted metal case rated IP50. It delivers 150 A continuous and weighs 50 lb, a fraction of the weight of lead-acid with the same usable energy. The built-in heater draws power from your charger to warm the cells, so the battery can charge in freezing weather. SOK builds it with a removable cover and replaceable BMS and cells, so it can be serviced instead of thrown away. Backed by SOK's 7-year limited warranty.

  • Your system is 12V (or 24V/48V with up to 4 in series).
  • Your loads stay within 150 A continuous (about 1,920 W at 12.8 V). Add batteries in parallel for more.
  • Your charger, solar controller or alternator has a lithium (LiFePO4) setting. Charge at 14.4–14.6 V.
  • You'll mount it in a dry space. The black painted metal case is IP50, not waterproof.
  • Engine starting isn't covered by SOK's warranty, and inverters or chargers of 3,500 W or more need an approved surge limiter.
  • Need UL? SOK lists UL 1973 for this battery on its spec sheet. Call us if your inspector needs paperwork.

Can I use it in a 12V system with my current charger?
Yes, if the charger has a lithium (LiFePO4) setting. Charge at 14.4–14.6 V. Lead-acid equalize or desulfation modes shouldn't be used.
How does the heater work?
When the battery is cold and a charger is connected, the heater uses charger power to warm the cells before charging. It doesn't drain the battery.
Can I connect batteries in series or parallel?
Up to 4 in series (with a balancer), 10 in parallel. Use identical batteries at the same state of charge.
Can the battery be repaired?
SOK designs it with a removable cover and replaceable BMS and cells. Contact SOK or us before opening it, because SOK's warranty excludes opened or modified batteries.
Can I use it to start an engine?
No. SOK's warranty excludes engine starting. Use it as a house or deep-cycle battery.
How does the warranty work?
