Plug in, charge fast, get back on the water. The Epoch 36V 15A Lithium Battery Charger is built for 36V LiFePO4 trolling motor batteries. It plugs into a standard 120V AC outlet, connects with heavy-duty ring terminals, and delivers a 15A charge at up to 95% efficiency. The IP67 aluminum housing doubles as a fanless heatsink, and it can be mounted onboard in a dry, secure spot.
🎣 Will It Work With Your Setup?
Made for a single 36V LiFePO4 battery. Epoch lists it for:
- Minn Kota 36V setups
- Garmin Force 36V
- Lowrance Ghost 36V
- MotorGuide 36V
- Bass & fishing boats
- Pontoons & center consoles
- Tournament anglers
- RV, garage & shop charging
- Your battery is a single 36V LiFePO4 battery. For three 12V lithium batteries wired in series, Epoch recommends a multi-bank 12V lithium charger instead.
- It is not for lead-acid, AGM or gel batteries, or for 12V, 24V or 48V systems.
- Your battery can accept a 15A charge. Trolling motor brands work when paired with a compatible 36V LiFePO4 battery.
- You have a 120V AC outlet at the marina, garage or shop.
- Your battery has terminals that accept the charger's ring terminals.
Why Anglers Choose This Charger
Fast 15A Turnaround
About 3.3 to 3.5 hours for a 36V 50Ah battery from empty, so you're ready for the next day on the water.
Dedicated LiFePO4 Profile
Made for 36V lithium iron phosphate batteries, so you aren't relying on a lead-acid charger's settings.
Marine-Grade IP67
Dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion up to 1 m for 30 minutes. Not rated for water jets or pressure washing.
Fanless Thermal Design
The aluminum alloy case is the heatsink, with no fan, rated from -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F).
Seven Protections
Overtemperature, ambient temperature, reverse polarity, overcharge, output overvoltage, output overcurrent and output short-circuit.
Onboard Mounting
Can be installed semi-permanently in your boat in a dry, secure spot with proper cable routing and strain relief.
⏱️ How Long Does a Charge Take?
| Battery | Approx. time from empty |
|---|---|
| 36V 50Ah LiFePO4 | About 3.3 to 3.5 hours |
| 36V 100Ah LiFePO4 | About 6.7 to 7 hours |
| Other sizes | Battery Ah ÷ 15 = hours |
Epoch's estimates for bulk charging from empty, plus a little time for taper and balancing.
