Twice the capacity of a 50Ah 36V battery, in one heated, sealed case. The Epoch 36V 100Ah stores 3.84kWh in a single 75 lb battery built for 36V trolling motors, so you can replace a three-battery 12V bank with no jumpers between batteries and no three-bank charger. An internal heater warms the cells before charging in cold weather, the IP67 case is dust-tight and handles brief immersion, and Bluetooth plus an included 10-segment battery meter show how much charge you have left.
Epoch recommends 50A for everyday use. The 200A peak (up to 60 seconds) is for short surges only; this is not a cranking battery.

A 36V deep-cycle battery made to replace a three-battery 12V trolling motor bank. Popular uses include:

- Your motor is a 36V trolling motor. This battery is not for 12V, 24V or 48V systems and can't be wired in series.
- Your space fits 20" L × 10.25" W × 11" H (508 × 260.4 × 279.4 mm), with room for cables and a hold-down, and can handle 75 lb. It's much larger than a Group 31 and won't fit a standard Group 31 tray.
- The battery can be mounted upright with the terminals and wiring protected from accidental contact.
- Your motor's maximum draw stays within 120A continuous, with up to 200A for surges of 60 seconds or less. Size fuses and cables to the 120A rating.
- You have a single-output 36V LiFePO4 charger (sold separately). A three-bank 12V charger won't work with one 36V battery.
- It's a deep-cycle battery, not for starting engines or for golf carts. Add a fuse or DC-rated breaker as close as practical to the positive terminal.

Charges in the Cold
When the cells are cold, the internal heater warms them before charging starts. Charging is rated from -20°C to 55°C (-4°F to 131°F) with heating.

The free Epoch Li-Ion app shows state of charge, voltage, current, temperature and cycle data. The included 10-segment meter reads in 10% steps and alarms at 10%.
IP67 Case
Dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion to 1 m for 30 minutes. Not rated for water jets, pressure washing or long-term submersion.

Epoch planning estimates per battery, based on 80% of nominal energy (about 3,072Wh, 80Ah). Real trolling time varies with thrust setting, wind, current, boat weight and temperature. Batteries in parallel multiply runtime.

🔌 Charging Made Simple
Recommended: 50A
Charge at 50A for best results (100A max continuous). Epoch's 36V 15A charger refills an empty battery in roughly 6.7 to 7 hours plus taper and balancing time.
No Lead-Acid Modes
Use a 36V charger with a LiFePO4 profile. Turn off equalization, desulfation and "repair" modes, and set temperature compensation to 0.
Cold-Weather Charging
The heater warms the cells before charging starts. Little or no charge current during warm-up is normal, so leave the charger connected and switched on.
Charging From an Alternator?
Epoch highly recommends a DC-to-DC charger programmed for LiFePO4. Settings for other chargers are in the spec table.
