Lithium Rhino's long-range 48V conversion kit, with about 10 more miles than their 105Ah. The 48V 120Ah kit packs 6.14kWh into one LiFePO4 battery for 40–50 miles of estimated range. It comes with a 25A fast charger, 12V reducer, color dash gauge, Bluetooth app module, brackets and every part you need, all backed by Lithium Rhino's 8-year warranty.

Your cart runs on 48V lead-acid. It isn't for 36V or 72V carts, or carts that came with lithium from the factory.
Your battery bay fits about 18.9" L × 13.1" W × 9.3" H (Lithium Rhino's listing), plus room for cables.
Fits most Yamaha, ICON and EZGO TXT carts with no modification.
Does not fit Club Car DS. Have a DS? Look at the Lithium Rhino 48V 105Ah CUBE.
Your controller's draw stays within 200A continuous (700A max).
Club Car carts with an on-board computer (OBC) may need an OBC bypass, and EZGO carts have a charge-port interlock wire to handle during install.

Good to know: Lithium Rhino says everything needed for a complete install is in the box, with nothing extra to buy. Your old lead-acid batteries come out, and most local battery shops will recycle them, often for free.

Will this kit fit my cart?

It fits most Yamaha, ICON and EZGO TXT carts with no modification. It does not fit Club Car DS. It's for 48V lead-acid carts only. Tell us your make, model and year and we'll confirm fit before you order.

How long does the install take?

Lithium Rhino says most owners finish in 2–4 hours. Step-by-step videos cover every major cart brand, and a free 30-minute video support call is available if you get stuck.

How far will it go?

Lithium Rhino estimates 40–50 miles, about 10 more than their 105Ah kit. Real range depends on your cart, terrain, speed, load and tires.

How long does it take to charge?

About 4 hours with the included 25A charger.

Can I use my old charger?

No. Lead-acid chargers aren't made for lithium, and Lithium Rhino's warranty requires an approved charger. Use the charger included in the kit.

What do I do with my old lead-acid batteries?

Most local battery shops will recycle them for free, and many will pay scrap value.

How does the 8-year warranty work?

Years 1–6: repair or replacement of a defective battery, shipping included. Years 7–8: a flat $500 replacement with ground freight included, not prorated. Register within 120 days for full coverage. Kit parts get free replacement for 2 years.

Can I check the battery from my phone?

Yes. The included Bluetooth module connects to the free Rhino app for iOS and Android.
