The 48V 65Ah kit puts 3.07kWh of LiFePO4 power in a 62.8 lb steel IP67 case, a great fit for neighborhood and course carts that don't need long range. Your battery bay fits about 11.38" × 9.45" × 18.11", plus room for cables.

Sold separately: A heavy-duty extension cord (Bedrock suggests 15 ft), OBC bypass parts for older Club Cars, and controller or speed upgrades. Your old lead-acid batteries come out, and most local battery shops will recycle them, often for free.

The on-board charger lives in the cart. Plug the included AC port plug into a standard outlet with a heavy-duty extension cord and it charges itself.

❓ Common Questions

How do I pick the right kit for my cart?

Choose your cart in the Cart menu. Bedrock builds each kit around that cart with a matching charge port adapter and a cart-specific manual. Not sure which to pick? Call or email us with your make, model and year and we'll confirm before you order.

Do I need the 12V converter?

If you run lights, a horn, a radio or other 12V accessories, you need a 12V converter once the lead-acid batteries come out. If your cart already has one, choose "No, I already have one" and save $70.

Is 65Ah enough for my cart?

Bedrock estimates up to 30 miles per charge, which covers most neighborhood driving and a round or two of golf. If you drive hilly terrain, carry heavy loads or want more range, look at the 48V 105Ah or 150Ah kits.

Does my Club Car need an OBC bypass?

Club Car DS and Precedent carts from about 2004–2013 generally need the on-board computer (OBC) bypassed for lithium. Bypass parts aren't included. Bedrock's OBC bypass guide (linked above) explains how it works.

What's not included?

A heavy-duty extension cord (Bedrock suggests a 15 ft cord), OBC bypass parts, and controller or speed upgrades are sold separately.

How does the 10-year warranty work?

Years 1–5: free repair or replacement of a defective battery. Years 6–10: prorated replacement at 55% to 85% of MSRP. Register within 90 days for the full 10 years. It can be transferred once within 3 years for $100. Claims need an RMA, and the customer prepays $300 for packaging and return shipping.

What do I do with my old lead-acid batteries?

Most local battery shops will recycle them for free, and many will pay scrap value.
