Allied 36V/48V to 12V Step-Down Converter: powers your cart's 12V lights, radio, USB chargers and other accessories from an Allied 36V or 48V lithium battery, up to 30 amps. Once the lead-acid set is gone, there's no single 12V battery left to tap, so 12V accessories need a converter. Allied's is waterproof, with a die-cast aluminum case, and it's sized for Allied's own batteries.

⚡ Is It Right for Your Cart?

Made for Allied 36V or 48V lithium batteries. Common uses:

  • LED light kits
  • Radios & sound bars
  • USB & phone chargers
  • Fans & horns
  • Other 12V accessories
📏 Quick check before you order:
  • Your cart runs an Allied 36V or 48V lithium battery. Allied makes a separate 72V converter.
  • Your 12V accessories draw 30A or less combined. Add up the amp ratings of everything that runs at once.
  • You're switching from lead-acid and used to tap one 12V battery for accessories. That battery is gone now, so the converter takes its place.
  • You'll mount it somewhere protected from impact. The case is waterproof.
Not sure? Send us a list of your 12V accessories and we'll check the load before you buy.

❓ Common Questions

Why do I need a converter?
Lead-acid carts let you tap one 12V battery for accessories. A lithium pack is one voltage, so a converter steps it down to 12V.
How much can it power?
Up to 30A at 12V in total. Add up the current draw of everything that runs at the same time.
Will it work with my battery?
It's made for Allied 36V or 48V lithium batteries. For 72V, Allied makes a separate converter.
Can it get wet?
Allied lists it as waterproof, in a die-cast aluminum case.
