Allied RS 72V 105Ah LiFePO4 golf cart battery kit: 8.06 kWh in one 157 lb IP67 steel-cased battery, with 180A continuous output, a smart BMS and Bluetooth monitoring. The kit includes Allied's 72V 15A waterproof lithium charger, a charging harness for your cart, mounting brackets, a hardware pack and 4-gauge cables. It replaces a 72V lead-acid set with a single battery you don't water or clean. Allied builds it with a 2A internal balancer, sleep mode, a fire arrestor and CAN bus and RS485 communication. The Allied Battery app shows pack and cell voltages, current draw, cell temperature and remaining run and charge time. Backed by Allied's 10-year RS warranty.

πΊ Will It Fit My Cart?
Built for 72V golf carts and utility vehicles. Common uses:
- 72V golf carts
- Lifted & modified carts
- 72V UTVs
- 72V lead-acid replacements
- Your cart runs on 72V (76.8V nominal). Allied makes separate batteries for 36V, 48V and 72V carts.
- Your battery bay fits 25.9 Γ 13.6 Γ 9.75 in (L Γ W Γ H), plus room for cables. The battery weighs 157 lb.
- Your controller's draw stays within 180A continuous. Allied rates peaks at 350A (10 sec) / 500A (under 1.2 sec).
- The kit comes with Allied's universal snap charging harness for 72V carts.
- You'll charge with the kit's Allied 72V 15A charger. Allied's warranty doesn't cover batteries charged on other chargers, and lead-acid chargers can't be used.
- Your 12V lights or accessories need a 12V converter once the lead-acid set is gone. Some older Club Car models also need an OBC bypass.
- It has no heater. Allied rates charging from 32 to 131Β°F.
Why Cart Owners Make the Switch
One Battery, Far Less Weight
A single 157 lb battery in place of a full lead-acid set, so the cart carries less dead weight.
Steady Power
180A continuous, with peak ratings of 350A (10 sec) / 500A (under 1.2 sec). LiFePO4 holds its voltage instead of fading as the charge drops.
Smart BMS + Balancing
Protects against short circuit, over-current, over- and under-voltage and temperature extremes, with a 2A internal balancer to keep cells matched.
Bluetooth Monitoring
The Allied Battery app shows pack and individual cell voltages, current draw, cell temperature, remaining run and charge time, and lifetime cycles.
Zero Routine Maintenance
No watering, no acid and no corroded terminals. Charge after use and keep driving.
Built Tough
A thick steel case rated IP67, M8 terminals and a built-in fire arrestor.

π Charging Made Simple
Charger Included
The kit's Allied 72V 15A waterproof charger is matched to this battery. At 15A, a full charge from empty takes roughly 7 hours.
No Lead-Acid Chargers
Your old charger won't charge this battery correctly, and Allied's warranty doesn't cover batteries charged on non-Allied chargers.
Charge Above Freezing
Allied rates charging from 32 to 131Β°F and discharging from 15 to 140Β°F. There's no heater, so let a cold battery warm up first.
First Charge & Storage
It ships at about 50% charge, so charge it fully before first use. Never store it below 30%, and charge it fully at least every 3 months.
π‘οΈ 10-Year Allied RS Warranty
Applies to Allied RS batteries bought on or after March 1, 2026. Register with Allied within 60 days of purchase, or coverage is limited to 1 year. Continental US only (not Alaska or Hawaii), and Allied charges a $150 non-refundable shipping and handling fee for a warranty evaluation. Coverage is void with a non-Allied charger, over-discharge, batteries wired in series, an opened case, or if the battery isn't fully charged within 2 months of receipt and at least every 3 months after. Non-transferable; repair or replacement only. Contact us first and we'll help you start a claim with Allied.
